Mantras for Peace in Trying Times


There is a great deal of strife around the globe these days, which is resulting in ever higher levels of stress, anxiety, and dis-ease. Many individuals are finding themselves challenged by these increasing in disharmany, and are looking for ways to reduce the energetic burden on their system, while still remaining centered and participatory in the world.


This workshop will present several simple and easy to implement practices using mantras, breathwork, and mindful movement, that will help clear the energy fields of excess nervous energy, refresh the system with calm, and work to consciously send healing energy outwards to all being everywhere.
